IN STORE AND ONLINE PURCHASING

UV services are available to over-18s only. Under 18’s are not permitted to purchase UV packages or minutes online and will not be permitted to use UV services in-store.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only available for medical conditions upon receipt of a valid medical certificate. All requests must be in writing or via e-mail to the customer services.

CLIENT LOTION STORAGE

Please note that the customer lotion storage facility is provided as a gesture of goodwill and we regret that we cannot be held responsible for any losses whatsoever.
We respectfully request that clients do not use Tingle or Oil-based lotions when using our Lay-down sunbeds,

DAMAGE/LOSS OF CLIENT PROPERTY

Please note that House of Tans cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to clients’ property whilst on the premises.

CHANGES TO PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Clients are required to inform us immediately of any change in circumstances that affect their eligibility to use UV equipment. 

CHANGES TO CLIENTS ACCOUNTS

Please note that any changes to clients’ accounts can be made either via email, over the phone or in the salon. 

APPOINTMENTS

Due to the popularity of some equipment, should you not arrive for your appointment on time, priority will be granted to the next client in the queue/walk-in session. We will however endeavour to accommodate you in the next available slot or on alternative equipment.
